We would like to thank those of you who did volunteer. We appreciate your willingness to be "Chicago's Volunteer Ambassadors" at this year's conference and we look forward to working with you!
We will be sending out confirmation letters via US Mail to the address you provided, at the end of February confirming your involvement.
The conference and all volunteer assignments will take place at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers, 301 E. North Water Street, on the Chicago River. Volunteers are asked to check in for their scheduled shifts at the hotel's "coat room" located on the first floor. This coat room will serve as our Volunteer Lounge for the duration of the conference. There, volunteers will sign in, pick up name badges, select assignments, and receive specific instructions from a conference professional. Please be sure to also sign out after you assigned shift. Travel reimbursement of $5.00 will be given to each volunteer up completion of his/her shift.
